For over two decades, I've been a vision holder for CEOs and leaders—the person they turn to when they need to see clearly, build strategically, and create sustainable growth.

I founded Amperaz to bring together what most people keep separate: rigorous strategic thinking and deep intuitive insight. My clients are growth-stage companies, PE-backed firms, and individual leaders at inflection points who need more than conventional consulting—they need someone who can see what's really happening beneath the surface and translate vision into executable reality.

My approach draws on an unusual combination of experiences. I spent 20+ years in marketing strategy and technology, building businesses, opening new markets, and creating the infrastructure that makes growth sustainable. In 2014, I left a $600K executive role to pursue an MA in Spiritual Psychology—a decision that launched an unexpected 10-year journey of deep healing and transformation.

That journey wasn't a detour from my business career—it was the integration that makes me more effective. The consciousness work, the training in energetic healing modalities, the Compassion Cultivation Training at Stanford—all of it deepened my ability to see patterns, hold space for complexity, and help leaders bridge their inner clarity with external execution.

Today, I work with companies building revenue operations infrastructure, leaders navigating critical transitions, and individuals ready to create authentic alignment in their work and life. Whether I'm building systematic BD frameworks or helping someone release patterns that no longer serve them, the work is about the same thing: creating alignment that produces sustainable results.

I split my time between Sausalito, California and Ocala, Florida - serving clients wherever they are.
